6DEGREES is loading slowly
Depending on how large your My 6DEGREES has grown to or what industry you've selected to view within Explore, the app can take a few seconds to load.
Certain industries like Mining have tens of thousands of nodes in them and are incredibly complex. These views can take multiple seconds to load.
This is something we are actively working to improve and the speed of the tool will only increase over time.
If you are having issues that do not allow your app to load at all or you think the time is simply too long, please let us know by filing a support ticket and we will get back to you very quickly. The more examples we have from users, the better and faster we can work for a blazing fast solution as data complexity continues to grow.
