How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, visit the Customer Portal or send us an email to help@accreditex.com and let us know you'd like to cancel. 

If you're currently in a trial period -> we will cancel your account and you won't be charged.

If you're on a paid plan -> we will cancel your renewal and you will retain access to the tools until the current period is over.
