How to use the Reading List

The Reading List helps you track important filings without drowning in browser tabs. Learn how to access, manage, and sort your saved items for smarter research.

Reading List is your secret weapon to remaining informed, storing important filings, and to avoid having dozens (or hundreds) of browser tabs open on your computer.

Where to find Reading List

You can access your Reading List by going to: Main menu -> Home -> Reading List

 

Getting to know the interface

Screenshot 2025-08-01 at 15.21.12The Reading List consists of a traditional table layout with columns. All of the columns allow for sorting so for example if you wanted everything sorted by the date it was filed you would click on the Date Published header, and so on.

  • Document Title - The title of the filing.
  • Regulator - The source regulatory body the filing is associated with.
  • Ticker - The symbol of the company (if applicable) as well as the exchange they trade on. Clicking on the ticker will navigate you to their profile page. 
  • Company Name - The name of the company and the industry group they belong to. Clicking on the company name will navigate you to their profile page.
  • Date Saved - The date you saved the document to the Reading List.
  • Date Published - The date the document was originally published with the regulator.
  • Actions
    • Reading List - Click to remove from your Reading List.
    • Share - Share the filing.
    • Download - Coming soon - to download for now, open the filing then save it locally.

Adding to your Reading List

You can add anything to your reading list platform wide simply by clicking the bookmark icon.

Removing from your Reading List

To remove something from your reading list there are two options:

  1. Within the Reading List, click on the yellow highlighted bookmark icon and the filing will disappear. 
  2. If you come across an item on a company profile page or anywhere else that's in your Reading List, you will see the bookmark icon is highlighted. Remove it by clicking the icon.
